Assuming the 2018 model is the one that is $11k cheaper?
Personally, assuming they are both in very good condition, I would definitely go for the 2018 model. Only 1 owner, full service history and still very low km's for a 2018 model. Then you can put some of the $11k you saved towards a stage 1 tune and even if you decide later to get an intake/downpipe/stage 2 etc you are still in front.
The 2020 model with several owners and modified just means a higher chance that its been thrashed a bit already.
As for water pumps - they are all garbage. Bank on having to replace one every 5yrs/50,000km.
