Probably does and would possibly be illegal as some have a very light ball load limit and anything much above a garden trailer puts it over very quickly Read the last two pages of this thread and in detail and in depth read reply 128.
Just as an indication I had a Roadstar which was about 20ft and its ATM was 2600kg which put it well outside anything like a Tiguan. I had a Patrol at the time and had to sell it and buy a Landcruiser to do our trip around Australia legally and even that was tight.
Something like an English Bailey or a York may be doable but doubt Aussie built vans would be light enough
