T5 transporter noob

Nooob here looking to acquire a t5 transporter 4motion and go up. Live on South coast of nsw , adventurer, surfer, family guy . The Hilux extracab isn't big enough anymore for the family to sleep/fit in so my mind's made up on a t5... but which one ? I'm trying to figure whether i want a swb or lwb also trying to nut out the suspension /lift /rubber size. From what I've learned so far seikel is the nuts but exxy so an alternative would be preferred maybe king springs. Question is though what amount of lift I'd expect and what other modifications are required to support the springs. Any advice is most welcome - cheers
