Hello all. We have a Polo 9N which needs a little TLC. It has been in the family since new and is widely travelled around the country. I have some research to do first, after which I may be back to ask for assistance on one or two issues. I have already replaced the driver's window regulator with a part from England. The HVAC is the next problem.

My own car is a very recent S3, so I might also appear in the Audi section although there is nothing for me to ask about it.
