Old geezer has a T4 Transporter

Hello Transporter fans,
after 'consuming' 16 cars since 1967, mostly discarded with 200K, I'm thrilled with this T4 Transporter with now almost 400.000Kms. It just keeps going and only requires some basic maintenance. It's a 5 cylinder petrol job with an LPG conversion. Purchased with 155K at the beginning of this decade it has been off the road only twice, when it got hit by a roo and when the ignition coil melted. Because we live out of town I do most of the service and maintenance, and thanks to a service manual and a reliable source of VW parts, I'm quite confident with it and recently replaced the failed fuel pump.
My question to you Transporter fans; how long will it last? I met a Caravelle owner claiming he's got 800K on it, can this be true?
