Hi all,

I owned a MKV GTI for 6 years, but regrettably sold it back in 2013 and got myself into a BMW 135i, which I have recently sold.... It was an awesome ride with a sweet engine.

However, I miss my golf and I'm now on the look out for a MK7 R. From what I've read they are a truly awesome piece of kit with so much potential from a simple flash, not to mention how far they have come from the MKV platform.

Thought i'd join the VW community to leverage some of the inciteful knowledge and owner experiences before taking the plunge.
