Newbie. And new generation amarok audio upgrade

Good morning guys and thank you for welcoming me to this group. I have scoured through this platform however I'm struggling with adapter kits for my new vehicle

I'm after a plug and play harness that will tap into my Volkswagen Amarok factory harness whereby I can then connect an amplifier and subwoofer. Somebody mentioned a musway quadlock mpk-qsc 50, 20 pin Molex harness for about $120 aud But I can't find any information on this harness to ascertain whether it would be difficult for me to do this on my own. [the guy that recommended it to me wants $1000 to install and amplifier and this harness)

Has anybody had any experience with the new generation amoroc regarding installing aftermarket audio system?
