9n Polo Gti Newbie

Hey all,

Newbie here with a 2007 Polo GTI.

I am a 24 year old guy from Brisbane and i recently got my first VW and am loving it so far. First car I have actually given a **** about. As a result I am interested in learning more and figuring out how to do some mods and hopefully get it out to some track days in the future.

I have always loved hot hatches and in the future I hope to upgrade to a newer model Golf GTI but I am having a lot of fun at the moment compared to my hail written off Suzuki Swift.

Thanks for reading and I hope to get to know some of you (especially other 9n owners) a bit better.

Fixed that double post for you. Welcome to the forum.

Happy Laps on Feb 14th, so loads of time to ditch any chicks you have before then.

Heaps of mods for the Polo, have good read through the 9N section. Then get in touch with me if you fancy a try out of a Phase 1 tune.

The polo section in queensland has a good base for modifications.
Gavin (user h100vw) has a beasty little red one and Sean has nother beasty red one.

Come on out to Happy laps and see how it goes in a more spritied environment and chat to some other polo owners.

9N section has already been handy for a lot of questions I have had (been lurking for awhile). Happy laps and tune try out both sound like great ideas. Will definitely be permanently getting the tune when I get some spare cash.

Mine is also red so hopefully QLD will get a trio of beasty red ones soon!
