New to VW, Just bought a W580S Amarok

I'm Howie,

I've owned multiple german cars since 2005, but all were BMW or BMW built as one of them is a Mini JCW.

We've just purchased a 2020 W58S Amarok.

I haven't been able to find the answers to a couple of questions I've had in the FB groups or via Google, so decided to search forums and this one came up first.
