Welcome mate...good choice ...VDUB...
Hi Guys,
I'm new to the VW world and have just put down a deposit on a dealer demo, a Black Manual Scirocco R!
Its pending sale of my current car (2003 Honda Integra Type R Turbo'd) so I can't wait to sell it and get into my new sexy beast! is it bad i've already started looking into the stage 1 tunes before I own my car?
From Perth Originally, but currently living and working in Adelaide, hope to come down to some meets once i've got my VW.
Alex.

Don't forget to post pics of the new Roc
Is that the Roc I saw at Solitaire?
I drove the Scirocco R at the VW driver education day and was very impressed with the performance and handling
There's no need to modify it at all - the shocks, roll bar and power are all excellent, as is the stability control
The only thing I would do is put dynamat in the boot for the benefit of rear passengers
There is a terrible ressonance from the muffler which is not noticed from the front seats
2012.1 Skoda Octavia VRS DSG Wagon - Carbonio cold air intake and pipe - HPA Motorsports BBK 355mm rotors 6 pot calipers
APR Stage II ECU - APR 3" exhaust down pipe & high flow catalyst
APR/HP Roll bars - Eibach springs and Bilstien shocks
Supaloy lower control arms - Enkei 18*8 Wheels
I believe it's the same story in the rear seats of the Golf R
