My car history was a '99 Modified WRX then an 07 STI (heavily modified) moving to a conservative CLK500 (yes mild mods there too) and after 6 years of cruising in that it was time to upgrade and am so happy with my new Passat. It's my daily driver in Sydney traffic and runs beautifully. Since taking up cycling the CLK was never the right combo so roof racks were in order for convenience and that got me by. Now the Passat with all the latest gadgets and tech with a healthy amount of power, comfort and space ticks all the boxes at the right price.

Very happy with the newcomer to the family, our other car is a 2015 VW Touareg so what was once an all Subaru house has transitioned into a VW one.
