    New member from Adelaide

    Hi there
I am Kurt from adelaide, i am looking at buying into the brotherhood of VW ownership.
being south african i grew up with Mk2 Gti's everwhere, and then that almighty sound of the Mk3/4 VR6's

i am currently selling my hillclimb car and want to buy a tough street car, and i have my eye on the Mk5 R32. so i will be asking for some advice from the forum so i can make the best investment possible.

Welcome aboard! There's still a few nice examples of Mk5 R32's running around. And there's also some sellers with fairly unrealistic expectation that their investment is increasing in value

Good luck getting a clean one at a fair/reasonable price!!

I'd suggest getting in contact with Miro at MRL Automotive. He's an admin on here and also forum sponsor. He has a mobile service business and is based around the corner at Aberfoyle Park.

Otherwise if you're wanting to get an inspection done in Northern suburbs contact Callum at Haines Mechanical & Detail at Pooraka. Callum has a workshop with hoist so can do bigger jobs.

I've used both and would recommend both.
