Welcome mate.
I'd keep the RSB in, it does not affect ride comfort but improves handling dramatically especially turn-in.
R400 is garbage (and very overrated) so totally understand that.
Springs are a personal choice and not really necessary for a daily driver, if that was all the R was supposed to be, then personally I'd take them out.
