    New gti owner

I just bought a 2008 mk5 gti, and I'm so happy about it! 11500kms runs perfect. Will probably keep it stock for a while but keen to hear any tips on how to keep her running perfect..

Thanks Ben happy to be a part of it all. Black, 3 door, manual. She's a beaut.

3 door and manual! Perfect. I’d have a manual R if it was available but bloody VW don’t sell them here. So I have to get my manual fix from my Polo.

Literally just started teaching my daughter to drive in the Polo so she’ll have the option of buying manual cars if she prefers in future. But that wasn’t the main reason. I wanted her to learn what the relationship between her right foot and the engine is, understand how the car actually works and hopefully be a better driver for that knowledge.
