Welcome Ben.
What about a MK4 R32? It certainly is a whole league above the GTI and worth spending that extra couple of thousand for AWD and a sonorous exhaust note that will make your eyes water.
Good evening everyone!
As you can see I joined this forum in 2009, I've always been into golfs but I never had a chance to get myself one, heck I don't even have one yet, but in a few days I will be picking up either a Mk4 GTI or a Mk5 GTI.
The Mk4 looks great and only has only done 100k's while the Mk5 is well newer and fancier while having done 180k's
Getting the Mk4 will also save me money that can go into mods so I don't know, right now I'm split between the two
What are your thoughts guys?
Either way, I hope to make this forum my home in a few days time
Take care all,
Ben

Thanks Robbie,
Don't get me wrong I would LOVE to get an Mk4 R32, but unfortunately they are out of my budget at the moment, I've got a partner ready to tie the knot haha so I'm sure I'll cop it if I spend more than we had agreed on
On the bright side, once that is done and after getting ourselves a mortgage, maybe we can put the R32 back on the table
I would assume it's this one here?
