Hi I am new here. I am a car engineer and I am from Norway, and do a lot mechanic, cars, sewing machines and the most that running, make noise and smoke.
I have works as mechanic, educated car technician, machine engineer, and have been worked as an engineer for some year, and motor journalist in 25 years after that. Now I am working as a consumer engineer in Norwegian Automobile Association.
I am 65 year now, but still going strong.

I have a VW Camper 91 model, Renault Dauphine -61 model, Volvo Duett -66 model, Fiat Ducato 2006 model (motorhome), 2 Skoda Fabia 2000 and 2003 model. And my sons have Volvo PV -60 model and a Renault 4 -73 model.
All with license plates on.
So I have enough to to when Im free.

The Skoda Fabia engines and others is much the same as VW Polo/Golf.

I hade some problems with oil consumption so then I find this forum via Google. It seems to be a informative and good forum her...
I have find some good solutions about oil consumption so may be i will tell some in here?

And I can may be fans good advices in many thing... I think so!

Good to see you have lots of old cars including the Dauphine. My wife's family escaped Communist Hungary in one many, many years ago.
