Leaking MK VI

Hi All

I came across this forum as i was searching for info or advice on a leaking Golf MKVi.

I have not driven my car all week and when i went to reverse it out to wash i noticed a smell. i looked in the boot and found mould growing on the carpet in the right corner behind the rear seat.

I lifted the carpet and was wet underneath as well as water in the wheel well,

Has any one had this issue or any advice on how to find the leak?

I have water gathering INSIDE the boot lid itself. It pours out of the flap you take off to change a light globe when you open the boot. VW have told me this problem is found to be common and have started a campaign for it. Ring your dealer.
