I hope so, Im not even sure if it's a normal thing they do. I have never owned a car like this. Trying to find info online is hard because not many manual's in this model it seems.
Congrats, had some teething issues with ours too. They'll sort it out

Wow not even 200ks on the clock and the issues start already, not only does it have clutch chatter but it also has the issue of the cruise control not working every now and then, head unit won't play music of usb stick on start up, have to manually switch it to radio and then back to media. Kind of hoping this isn't a sign of things to come in the future.

Bit of an update, I think the cruise control issue was me being a bit simple lol. I turned it off without realising and was obviously pushing the wrong button to turn it back on. In other news the car is booked in on the 1st of September, Box is coming out as they suspect the flywheel has imperfections and needs to be replaced.
Another update, Car went back to VW for the clutch noise, They had it for 4-5 days, Put a new clutch in it, Went to pick it up and guess what...... noise still there, They gave me the car back and told me they are going to put in a request for a brand new gearbox to be fitted, 3-4 Week wait for it Minimum. Fingers crossed after all of this my brand new car will be fine.
