I have been a Volkswagen Fan for many years and purchased my first (one I could call mine) VW vehicle in 2008. It was an awesome looking and specced out Jetta TFSi. Loved the car and the drive. However due to work reasons it was garaged for much of the time that I have owned.it. The time has come to now part ways with the vehicle and I am considering yet another VeeDub. This time the Tiguan 155 TSi. Hence my interest in this forum and wanting to learn about peoples experiences and issues and problems etc. I know how these forums work with most people on this web site being pro VeeDub but I am sure we are all honest enough to call it how it is when we have to.

My vehicle is going to be at least six months before being delivered even though I am looking to sign up next week so am hoping to contribute questions and learn lots. When buying my Jetta and being a member of the other Golf forum, I found the guys with the biggest contributions were those who did not actually have the vehicle and hence were compensating by researching and reading and asking questions etc.

Anyone in the shop for an MY08 Jetta fully specced with 40K on the clock?
