Hi all!

Now on my second VW, after I wrote off my 2016 Golf got when I tried to drive it up Mt Coree (look it up...)

Anyway, now have a new AW Polo Comfortline manual and I've racked up 2,000km - it's actually more fun to drive than the Golf.

My car ownership has been long and varied, including Renault 4 van, Fiat 131 Panorama, a pair of V8 Holden Kingswood wagons, 1984 Ford Telstar (prior to the VWs my first and only new car), Alfa 33TI (did some club supersprints in it before it was rear-ended on the road ), VL Commodore, TS Holden Astra and then the VWs.

My late Dad had some interesting cars as well - Jowett Javelin, early Land Rover, Fiat Topolino, Wolseley 4/50, Rover 90, Fiat 1500, Peugeot 504 (early 1. and Renault 12, so it runs in the blood.
