Newby mk5 r32 first VW first day

Hi all. Nice forum. I'm learning heaps. Coming from Lexus.
Wanting to modify r32 mk5.
Miltek including cats. BMC intake. Lowinging springs. Ap tune Inc dsg.
Is it good option?
I find torque good but power runs out low in revs. I come from old school jap engines where revs = power. Seems it needs better breathing??

I know u guys are probably sick of the same questions, but I love car and don't want sc or tc, just improve.
