I'm fairly new to this forum and VW,

I'm buying my first car in the coming weeks, a VW Golf 90Tsi 2015 auto.

Is there any way i can lower the price, around $23-24,000?

Any other info i need to know before buying the golf?

Also, i want to put 18inch black rims on it, should i add it as an extra with VW or do it with someone else?
I also heard its illegal to put rims 2inches over the stock rims, and the stocks for 90tsi are 15inch, will VW still do it?
