Hi All,
I'm retired guy who has just got back to VW car ownership.. Had two "aircooled" ones in the early '70s, one in Germany, the second one in Italy (where I come from). The closest thing to a VW I have had since moving to Oz -1977- was a brand new Subaru Wagon (2WD) which I enjoyed driving and maintaining for a few years till I ran into the ground.
I have recently bought from a friend his mother's 2007 Polo 1.4 (low Km, fully serviced) which I already love to bits!
I intend to maintain the car myself and I'm willing to share my experiences.
