Wink Happiest kid on the Block! Bora 4motion

    Hey All,

Picked up my first VW last night - a 2002 Bora V6 4motion!
Having only had one car in the past - a 1990 Nissan Nx Coupe, this is a big step up.
Looking at doing a couple of mods, as well as replacing a few things that need it, so I can make it one super sexy ride.

I'll be sure to come along to one of the Brisbane/GC meets shortly!

    Cheers

Definitely a great step up from the NX
Nice build thread though, I enjoyed reading it.

Im looking at lowering it 30 mm within the next month, so fingers crossed.
Anyone have any ideas on how low to drop it if I want to maintain an OEM+ look?
Im thinking 20-30 mm drop front and rear by getting lowered springs, as I already have new shocks/struts on it

Congrats on the purchase Blake. I have got a soft spot for Bora's that I just can't pick out what it is. Get some pictures up champ as soon as you can.

Keen to see where you take this 4motion specialty

Cheers! I will be uploading some pics shortly

Im attempting to repair the lower valence lip which is split (previous owner kissed too many bumps) by plastic welding and then spraying it the stock black with some clear over the top, so i will as soon as thats done

Saves me $250 instead of buying a new lip from Vee Dub (wish ECS Tuning had cheaper shipping)
