Hi all,

New Golf purchase recently but not new to VW. Currently own a 7P 4XMOTION Touareg and absolutely love it. Have recently bought a project car (the Golf) and I’m in the middle of rebuilding the entire engine as it has the typical cracked piston and flogged timing chain issues. I knew that prior to buying (didn’t pay very much) and will continue to tinker with it until it’s finished. Great forum with some very helpful information, thanks and thanks in advance!
