Hello.
My name is Luke and I own a 2009 Polo GTI.
I've been lurking these forums for a few years. I finally built up the courage to create an account so that I could ask some questions about potential upgrades to my Polo.

Welcome mate.
Haha, seems a few of us SEQLDers are now coming out of the woodworks (:
- MY2015 SnowWhite R DSG
Mods to come: APR Tune - Exhaust rework (resonator removal) - 3M clear wrap (whole car) - EuroSpec Mods - Discovery Pro - Dynamic Light Assist/Lane Assist
After researching hot hatches for around 3 months I ended up going for the Polo GTI for 2 major reasons;
1. The cost of a 2009 Golf GTI was about $10k more and
2. After driving a Renault Clio I realised that German engineering is not a joke, it really makes a difference
My opinion after owning the Polo for around 18 months is very clear. Value for money... With a simple APR stage 1 tune and some decent tires I get a lot of acceleration for under $18k.
We now own a Golf Wagon TDI because my wife was jealous of my Pog's quality in workmanship.
