Caddy owner from NZ

Hi all,

Found this forum when searching for a replacement hi-level brake light
I was going to blame the kids next door since I caught them throwing stones the other week but now after reading about them cracking due to a possible design flaw - i think otherwise.
I bought my 2009 Caddy 3 years ago when it had done 90K kms to take my motorbikes to the track, it's now only up to 120K kms but unfortunately for me - have done cambelt, clutch, and flywheel (another VW quirk).
Don't get me wrong, I think its great for what I want it for as it drives almost like a car (from the 90's maybe) and has enough load space. And now the service guys say I may need new door hinges for the drivers door as it's very stiff to open - I thought really?
Anyway thanks for reading through my moaning and hope to learn lots more from this forum.
