Buying a new POLO GTI on Corporate discount

Hi Everyone,

Looking to buy a new POLO GTI tomorrow. We have a decent size fleet of VW at work and I have a letter from HR stating I am entitled to this discount. I've talked to a dealer and she said I will not get as much of a discount if I buy the Polo GTI, is this true?

I've heard I should be getting 10% off list price and $990 dealer delivery fees, and no GST. Has this changed?

It is true. Due to the scarcity of Polo GTI's a dealer is not all that forthcoming with any big discount. I picked mine up two weeks ago. Initially ordered through a fleet buyer with $1K discount and 5 months wait. Then after 6 weeks the dealer revised the delivery date adding a further 4 months. Cancelled the order, went to the local dealer and payed the same price for a 2 week wait.

The no GST is for those with a registered ABN. Pay now and re-claim later or don't pay now and don't re-claim later. Not available for private purchase.

BTW - it's a flamin' awesome drive.....
