Brisbane newbie

Hi everyone,

I'm anxiously waiting on delivery of my new Octavia RS 162TSI Wagon, which I pickup on Tuesday this coming week.

Can't wait, and have been religiously scouring all the Octavia, VW & Skoda forums I can find for information and tips.

Will post up photos once it's officially mine, but for now, am loving all the information in the forums.

Coming from a background of "hotter" cars like rotaries & turbo Subarus (12A R100 as my pimple-faced teenager first car, rally-prepped RX-808, Gen1 Liberty RS Turbo, Gen3 Liberty modified with STi running gear) to my current car, a turbo-diesel Mazda6 believe it or not!

It's time for me to dip the toes into the TSI world and get into the land of excellent handling, fast turbo cars - with an side-salad of economy to go with it.
