Hi BJ
I have the exact same issue with my Amarok mate and I was wondering if you ever sorted out what the issue was? It’s driving me crazy.
Thanks mate
Dan
Hi All,
I have a noise coming through my speakers that sounds like the air is being blown through a cardboard box with a loose bit of cardboard swinging around inside when the AC is turned on. The faster the fan speed, the louder it is.
What is intriguing is the noise stops when I make a phone call through the Bluetooth connection, it stops.
Has anyone had this problem before?
Cheers BJ

Sorry Dan,
I did get it sorted, but at this moment, I just cant recall what the issue was - I think I took it back to the dealer and they fixed it. Sorry I cant be of more help
BJ
Np mate, thanks for the reply anyway, appreciate it.
Cheers.
To save anyone else the trouble of going to a dealership or other threads the solution is..
- go into your head unit’s settings
- go to voice enhancer
- turn it off “do not lower it to 1, 2 etc” it needs to be turned off! Or the problem still exists..
- exit settings.
And now you have no more background waffling noises coming through your speakers. 👍🏼
