Ended up picking up some 245 40 19 Bridgestone Potenza's. Will have them fitted tomorrow hopefully.
Anyone know how much I should expect to pay for getting a set of springs installed?

Gday mate, just dug up an old receipt - i had mine installed at a Pedders for 330 + 110 for the (required) wheel alignment. That was 4 years ago, mind you!

I'm running that same sized tyre on an 8 1/2" rim & everything is super flush! (ET35). You will be happy with the outcome!

Looking at getting a cold air intake. Does anyone know if a forge twintake from a mk6 gti will fit a 2.0 Tsi Tiguan?

Looks like the Wintake (single) will, but the twintake might not.

30mm drop on Eibach springs. Handling has improved immensely, much less lifting on acceleration and braking. Corners better too.

Ordered a replacement set of licence plate LED bulbs as my 5 year old super cheapies from ebay started to flicker and drop an SMD or two.

Weighed up getting the OEM led housings or a set of the canbus error free ones from racing-dash etc but for $2 each and a 5 year lifetime, another set of the ebay specials is fine.

Also because mine is a 2010 model it doesn't throw an error with the non resisted led bulbs.

Is that the case with all 2010 models?

I have fancied some LEDS but didn't want the expense or unreliability.
    Thanks👍
