    Hi Lads

I ended up ordering four sets - it all came to $280, including freight. Haywire, I will PM you when they arrive and sort out address details. I can drop yours around or something if you like Pullstarter?

Sorry it took so long to order - I had a massive fight with Paypal.

so I couldnt cover that top part up....

just my two cents thats all.

Hi Tigger are you planning on splitting your headlamps to fit DRL's in the top of the headlamp? I'm guessing you have the Halogens as the design on top is quite nice.

By the way guys I have also ordered these recently for delivery here in the UK. I bought them from here after seeing them installed on a white pimped out Tig.

Yep, I'm always happy to take a drive to get out of the workplace. I'm thinking that as they come unpainted, an you and I have the same colour cars I might get them done. A chap at colourtech quoted $100 - otherwise I am thinking of getting a spray can at Capital Auto Paints for $40...

Let me know what you think.

Thanks Captain Bungers for organizing the GB! Years let me know when it arrives and I will give u my details.

Hmmmm thinking if I Shd settle w the cheaper option of spraying it white. U reckon the surface will be smooth? What does a primer do? Does it primer before spraying, u reckon? Don't know much abt painting.

The primer helps get a better finish to the paint and helps it stick better I believe. Having a look around at paints you can get a can of primer for around $12 to $15 however I think you will be painting white on white so you can probably get away with not using primer.

Aaah... If the part comes in white, that would make things easier! U're right... Prbly wldnt need primer then unless it has problems sticking!

Personally I'm going to get mine painted at a bodyshop along with a lower front spoiler. You simply can't match the finish you'll get as they'll prep the surface with primer, bonding agents and then paint and laquer on top. The curing in the bodyshop oven will really lock the paint in. Seeing as the headlamps take full force of the air whilst driving you don't want the paint chipping off easily.

Well that's how I see it anyway.
