Looking for good timing chain replacement kit(s) in country. I know about ESC tuning in the US. To include chains, guides and runners, crank sprocket. I know chain covers, camshaft bracket/bridge, camshaft adjuster magnet and camshaft control valve will need to be purchased separately as well as required tool kit. Not looking for stealer price gouging. Any info appreciated

That's a decent price, but just be aware that its missing the lower timing case cover which is considered to be a one-time-use item as they usually get damaged when removing. One of these will add another $200-250 to your bill.

I am aware. Plenty of aftermarket lower covers available for the $60-100 mark.
