    My cluster has part# 5N0 920 872 whereas yours is part# 5N0 920 973 B.

    Is from your 2010 Tig?
I think this just confirms MY11 Tig (without revision B cluster) can't get it.

    Hi All,
I have a 2014 Tiguan Track and Style and I am sick to death of the 120km/h speed warning coming on all the time. Once it is on, it blocks the MFD. I have disabled the speed warning using the steering wheel buttons but that has done nothing. I have searched through the system with my Ross-tech VCDS but can't find where to disable it. I am living in Qatar for a while and the speed limit is 120 but just about everyone travels quite a bit higher than that. Cheers.

Did you also disabled it in the MFD using the steering wheel?

I've heard of some countries having it coded and locked out. There still should be a VCDS option but I can't seem to find anything that supports that on the RossTech wiki.

Try setting the speed warning on the MFD to something like 180 and see if the MFD being set overrides the hard set speed limit.

    Throttle Body Alignment Procedure

Just thought I'd add this procedure here for completeness...

Seems to be a recommended whenever disconnecting the battery/ECU to run this short procedure from Ross-Tech:

Turn the key on but do not start the car.

    [Select]
    [01 - Engine]
    [Basic Settings - 04]
    Group 060
    [Go!]

It should say "Basic Settings: OFF" on the top of your screen.

Click [ON/OFF/Next] to turn on Basic Settings.

It should now say "Basic Settings: ON" on the top of your screen. Once you do this you will see the top right display say ADP RUN. The TB adaptation is being done as soon as you switched basic settings on. You will see the values change and hear the TB cycle for the first few seconds then it will stop. Leave it in Basic Settings for about 30 seconds.

Click [ON/OFF/Next] to turn off Basic Settings.

It should now say "Basic Settings: OFF" on the top of your screen

Click the [Done, Go Back] button and you're all set.

Be sure not to touch the accelerator and make sure the engine is NOT running when you do this!
