Tiguan Tracking

after several calls to my dealer i finally got my VIN, chassis and engine numbers for my Tiguan but am having difficulties using the tracking website.

I have tried entering the details into several different fields but always come up with "no results"

Has anyone used this site successfully before? if so please help.
