Hi, I have the standard, non automated, no electrical connections rear view mirror in my Tig 118TSI.
I had the windscreen replaced a few months back and the guy has stuck the rear view mirror back on but a bit too low for my liking.
I've had a fiddle but there's obviously no suction mechanism to release so it must be glued?
How do you remove it (brute force?) and more importantly will it then just stick back on or do I need to clean up and get some more of the glue?
Thanks in advance

If it is glued on, the glue is a loctite based product with an activator. I have removed them before, but also a part of the windscreen. Then on other occasions, they fall off with the heat of summer. Can it not be adjusted up further? My old Ford mirror had two ball joints so I could adjust the height. My R32 is a bit different though.
