Lots of hex screws would be required.
I believe there would be some info in the owners manual.
Hi,
Does anyone know how to remove the Tiguan front bumper? Or does anyone have a copy of the workshop manual that may explain how to?
I dont want to just start pulling on things until I know exactly what needs to be removed , etc first.
Thanks

Hey
I took mine off a little while ago to fit the nudge bar...it goes like this:
- Lift bonnet
- Remove two T30 torx screws and one T25 torx screw from above the grille
- Remove 4 T25 torx screws from under the centre of the bumper
- Remove three T25 Torx screws from the front of the wheel arches (one of them is a bit hidden under the protective covering - I had to muck around for ages looking for it).
- Be careful pulling the wheel arch trim outwards from the car - it is held in with push clips that you can reach by wedging your hand around through the rubbery cover)
- Unclip the rear wings of the bumper and reach in and unclip the fog light
- You should be good to go
Just be patient doing it - I managed to get mine off with two toddlers hanging around so it isn't too hard.
Good luck!

Awesome, thanks mate
Just in case you're trying to locate the "hidden" torx screw, I've had my front end off and eventually found it under the front guard. Here's a picture in case you need to remove your front bumper:
