Tiguan 2013rear safety belt stalk needed

don't know how it happened but the outer plastic casing of the rear left seat belt stalk got squashed and broken. Dealer quoted $151.00 plus $50 to fit it.
I dont suppose anyone out there has a spare one????
I am in Adelaide , but postage cost will be covered of course.
Its a long shot, but $200 seems outrageous!

I'd check around a couple of local wreckers. Give Volks Torque at Lonsdale a call as they specialise in VW, Audi, Skoda.

Just as well you don't own an Audi then!
I purchase spare bits for that from Europe via eBay.
Might try that option.

Thanks Tigger 73, as usual your advise was spot on. I picked one up from Volks Torque in Lonsdale . They were very helpful. Car it came from was almost brand new ( 2000 klms) cost: $70. Bit cheaper than the $151.46 the Dealer quoted. I could put it in myself except for the strange looking nut that holds it in!! Never seen one like that before.
