    Smile TIGR's 2015 Tiguan 155TSI R-Line (Reflex Silver) - Build Thread

Build thread for my 2015 Tiguan 155TSI R-Line

I had originally ordered a 132TSI with R-Line pack in Pepper Grey, although was bitten from the Bryan Byrt collapse, and so this was the next option in order to get an R-Line. I wasnt after leather/RNS510 etc although now that i have it, I'm happy enough.

    From the showroom:Front

    and Rear

I took this straight to Guy and the boys at Harding Performance for the APR ECU Software load, really happy with it.

I'll post each change in a separate post

Like a few other people, I found the quantity of badges on the rear just a little full on. 'Tiguan 2.0 TSI 4 Motion' - may as well have its full CV on there!
Just a straight debadge and replace with a single 'R' badge. (although it may need to move slightly - i didn't have a Golf R handy for reference)

Overall, happy with just leaving it clean, i did toy with the idea of putting Tiguan back on the other side, but i think i'll leave it as is.

Rather like certain folks' signatures on the forums!

Anyone know the price for a DSG software re-write on a 155 R-Line?

I like the fuller signatures. Gives me perspective on the basis of people's comments. That said, I've left all the badges on the back of my Tiguan too

Any noticeable difference with the intake, although if you had it and the DSG done at the same time then it would be hard to tell which one is actually making the difference?

I would say the intake makes no noticeable difference apart from the noise, which i like! That said, it is a necessary inclusion if you want to go to Stage II, where it will make a difference...

$1495... But I'm not sure what a software re-write specifically is? Stuff like this? DQ 500
