Shouldn't take more than 1/2 hr ( with the right tools that is, which looks like you've got covered).
Good thinking with the srynge - biggest PITA was getting the Haldex fluid back in (other than getting solenoid/controller out if that sticks)

Before it would understeer if you pushed it. And in all reality understeer isn't that much fun. But now it's just neutral and you kind of go corner? what corner?

It's definitely a nice upgrade but not something that I'd do if it was just being used as a school taxi - wife didn't notice anything when she drove it so it's a stealth upgrade

I'd actually be asking her how she tested out the Haldex by just driving up Port Rd!!!
Reality is she doesn't like attracting attention on the road so rarely takes it over 3,000RPM. If you start taking it over that then the exhaust starts to bark so I think she prefers to potter around - which suits me just fine
Yes there's been quite a few changes since I took you out for a quick spin. Some subtle changes to the exterior (lowering, wheels and some plasti-dip highlights) plus a change of tune and a bit more power unleashed by upgrading the intercooler and of course Haldex which you don't really feel until you start pushing it a bit around some corners.
