It looks like that the camshaft seals were leaking. Also replaced the fuel pump Oring. They could've been incorrectly fitted or just faulty. It can happen, I suppose.

I also got the brakes done as they seemed like they may be due soon. cost $218 for rears, and $275 for fronts.

How many km's did you have on it?

And wiper blades needed replacing. Cost $42 each for front, and $20 for rear...that sounds a bit pricey for wiper blades.....

Ummmmm, yes....unless of course the wiper blades are gold plated?? $42 EACH for a piece of $2 rubber!!!!

OK....So are you all ready for this?????

For the last two days now...(remember I have only had the car back for two days since the work was finished), It is still idleing like a tractor...an issue I reported to them several times now.

The rpms vary at standstill from 750 all the way to 2.5th!!! The tacho jumps around like it is on drugs. The engine gets to the point like it is about to stall....THEN, the orange engine light starts flashing wildly and randomly.

I give it a little rev, and it then stays revving by itself at 2000 rpm for about 10 seconds before dropping down to a varying jumping, rough idle.

I have obviously let Wallyworld know about this....BACK I GO AGAIN on monday....time I do not have.....

Any ideas? Is it a vacuum hose or something?

It could be the crankshaft oil seal.
Can you take the pictures of the area where you see the oil leaking and post it in here.
