This issue is related to extra files/headers or even the original files or album jpeg that have been dumped into your converted MP3 folder. The RNS will read all of these first and throw up this error before eventually getting to the correct MP3 format songs in your folder.
Either delete this folder and reload new folder again after having stripped these files out on your computer or delete each individually on the RNS510 directly.

Another question since you've all been very helpful solving them.

I would like the headlights to stay on when I leave the car, I believe it called 'Coming Home'. I think I have the settings correct but they don't stay on.

I've consulted the manual and it didn't suggest anything other then pulling the high beam 'stick' on for a second and releasing. This works as a one off but doesn't stay fixed. Can anyone explain what I need to do. I've included what I believe to be a relevant photo. Thanks in advance.

Try leaving the headlight switch to 'Auto', this should do the trick.

I always leave the headlights on auto, so I don't think that's it. Any other ideas before I go to the dealer?

For the coming home feature, when you are getting out of the car, pull the indicator stalk. This will leave the lights on for a period of time then.
