Okay, The supplier is looking into a map solution for me for the Zenec unit.

I have however purchased and installed a RNS510 from ebay (version c, latest firmware, V3 Aus maps) and installed it tonight.
Works fine, great mapping and very intuitive.

Passed the stock wheels on to STIDUB as he was in desperate need of some today.
They are ET33, i can confirm that.
Interesting that it says made in Poland on the back of them.

Here's a comparison of the stock 16" on the car vs the new 19" in front of them (perspective make the new rolling diameter look a lot bigger than the original rolling diameter)

RNS510 is in and working a treat.
Got the maps to show up and music loaded onto the SD card.
Now i just need to learn th functionality of it all and get it coded so i can regain steering wheel controls.

I actually found the new 19" wheels to be a bit lighter (haven't weighed them, only going from feel when i fitted them)
The stock 16" wheels are also very face heavy, and if you let them sit on flat concrete are likely to fall over on their face.
The new 19's are evenly weighted.

I do like the black grill and lights.
Might see if i can get a spare grill and see what i can do with it to replicate the ABT grill.

Team V do you know just how much bigger the rolling diameter is and how wide are your tyres, or were you saying was purely pespective and actual rolling diameter is not much different. Interested as I am keen to increase rolling diameter for clearance and interested since yours look a lot bigger, if larger tyres will fit OK. I am looking for about a 45-50mm increase in diameter.

By the way those 19's look great

The rolling diameter is only 2.5% greater.
Which is fine by me as it accounts for the speedometer error.

The stock 16" wheels with 215/65/16's had a rolling diameter of 27 inches (68.58 centimeters)
The new 19" wheels with 245/45/19's have a rolling diameter of 27.68 inches (70.3072 centimeters)

The reason they look a lot bigger is that the stock wheels were on the car and the new ones are sitting beside the car, putting them closer to the camera and as such making them look bigger in comparison (by perspective)

There isn't a lot of clearance at the front of the front guards with the new wheels/tyres so i don't know how much bigger you can go.
I will have a look when i get home and measure out how much further you can go if you'd like?

thanks, if you like that would be great. I did a quick measure against my current 16's per your stock wheels and there looked enough space, bigger issue is probably when the wheels are on full lock, noting yours are wider than I may get.

be interested to see with yours, since they are about 2cm greater diameter. I was hoping to go out to about 5cm, therefore giving an extra 2.5 (1 inch) clearance

    cheers
