I like when TDi Tigs try and have a crack (mind you, I generally let them go just out of respect, unless there's a hill involved ).

    Wow, that would be interesting.
I haven't been next to another Tig at the lights yet, only commondores and daily's.

Apparently we aren't allowed to poke fun at the Mk6 forum anymore, i made one comment and was asked to remove it otherwise i would get an infraction.

Had a crack at another aesthetic mod, it's all in pieces at the moment, in hindsight, i probably wouldn't do this one again or if i did, i wouldn't take it apart.
Hoping to get pic's for you guys soon.

Alright, that took longer than expected.
Turns out i did it the hard way and lost a few clips in the process.
Should have just sprayed the whole thing instead of trying to take the chrome bits off and do them individually.

I do prefer the black over the chrome, it just adds a bit more stealth.
Used plasti-dip which is essentially an aerosol can of rubber so if i don't like it, i can just peel it off.

It's fitted now mate, just too dark to get any real quality pictures.

I'm away for the weekend so i won't have a chance to get any fitted pictures until Tuesday, sorry
You'll just have to imagine it until then.

Might see if i can get a shot tonight though for a teaser.

Okay dodgy night pictures of the blacked out grill fitted.

I am now wondering what it would have looked like if my Tig was black instead of blue.
The only colour would be the wheels and the slot of red in the tailights.

Oh well, now it looks like my tig got in a fight as it's black and blue.
Dusted a Mk5 GTI on my way home tonight as well.

Looking good. I like the blacked out bits. How are you enjoying the APR tune now that you have had it a bit longer?

Team_v - all sounds very similar to my Tig at the moment!

1.) I put the darker hella front lights in about a month ago
2.) Did the plasti-dipped chrome about 6 weeks ago
    3.) lowered it with H&R's
4.) debadged it (well, half of it..)
    5.) APR Stage I tune
6.) and APR Carbonio Stage I + II...

My Tig is black, and it looks mean now! I have more plans to come, but all in due course.....
