I have some 15mm spacers on the way I hope they look half as good as that one in the pics

Aren't there legal issues with spacers?

Why not just get the right offset from the start? Real Audi ones are usually et35 (hence why reps are popular at et42 -45).
I'd really be checking out the spacer situation in your state.
When your insurance doesn't pay out, they may not seem like such a great idea.
Will you need longer lug bolts if you run 15mm spacers?
Gawd... I'm genuinely sorry for being such a party pooper.
I think they'll look great (I used to own a set on a golf mkv), but not worth futzing with some things if they'll come back and bite you hard.
The main reason I got them is to check out offsets for different wheels as I intend to get some 19" rims at some stage. The reason I didn't get the right offset straight off was because they aren't available in Australia. I don't intend for it to be a long term solution.

Exactly. Im coming from the WRX scene where pretty much everything has been tried
Your hub has a lip which the wheel is supposed to mate up too, it's designed and engineered to take substantial load - for a performance car like a WRX they're engineered with tolerances in mind
Put a spacer in and who knows what'll happen, it'll work fine day one, but then come around a corner the next day and the hubs crack or the spacer fails... then wheel wobble... into a shop-front window...injure a pedestrian or two... in court... insurance voided... see ya...
