    Shuddering steering wheel fixed itself.

I had a strange problem with my Tig the other day. After about a minute of driving, the car started to rock/shudder a little bit which got worse with speed. Naturally, I pulled over to check if everything was alright such as flat tyres, loose wheels etc. Could see nothing so continued to drive slowly and once I sped up it occurred again. So I drove slowly to limp the Tig back home and while doing that felt nothing. I took the car back out later that night to double check what it might be and once I sped up the problem had disappeared!

The only times I have felt something similar is when a car has had unbalanced wheels or a warped drive shaft. But they don’t usually fix themselves... I have driven that stretch of road since with no problems..

Any ideas what it could of been? Seems to have completely fixed itself....!?!?

Could have been a lump of soil that had become trapped on the wheel rim that came free, or even something caught in the tread that eventually freed itself.
