Service warning message in MFD...How do you reset it?

    Hi all,

My service is not due for another 1500kms, but the MFD keeps coming up with the "next service due" message every time I turn on the ignition.

I am not the sort to miss a service, and I will have it done soon, but I find it annoying that this message keeps coming on.

How do I turn this off so it does not annoy me?

    Thanks

    It also goes by time.
Remember, it's 15,000km or 12 months whichever comes first.

I do approx 1000kms per week, so time is not the issue here...just kms....

any way to turn it off?

With VCDS and if there is a manual way of turning it of it could be in the owner's manual.
The Service due message will come on earlier to remind you to call and make an appointment for the service, so don't turn it off, it should be turned off when the service is performed.
