Is this normal? Gave the wheels a good spray and within 2 days, all 4 discs are now badly rusted!

I found that if I washed the car and didn't move the car till the next day the brakes seize. Makes a definate bang when they free up when I move the car. Now I always take it for a quick spin to diperse any water from the brakes. First time it happened I siht bricks.
