Where do people using toll roads stick their e-tags?
THe logic spot is above the mirror, but the windscreens covered in dots there, is that an aerial? Or if you have the upmarket mirror is that area covered?

As you can see, it's not on the dots, but it's still not visible when sitting in the drivers seat as the rear view mirror hides it.

I think the antenna is actually in the back window, not the front.

I put mine on the dotted section and it works fine. The instructions with the e-tag state that a lot of Euro cars have metallic windscreens which can interfere with the signal from the toll gate; and they advise you to place it on the dotted section.

Agree with placing it on the dotted section. And take 2 min to spray it black so it does not stand out like dog nuts!

If you are willing to spend more, you can get coloured ones from RTA.

Actually, the coloured ones are free at the moment - but the colour is only for the unit, the base that sticks to the windscreen is still white. Go figure!
Oh - I also put mine on the black dotted part behind the mirror as well.
