    'Re-Shipper' from USA

I don't know the right term to call these companies... I've come across somewhere in this but i cannot find it now. Some US companies doesn't ship outside the States, does anyone know of companies that would buy the item for u and then re-ships the item to u outside the US? Can anyone suggest some reliable and trustworthy ones that would do that for us in Australia? Thanks!

ive used www.hopshopgo.com many times and very happy with price and service

you can buy from the original seller and ship to HSG, or you can give the details to HSG and they will buy it for you

payment to them is via paypal

MyAmericanShipper they do a decent job, I guess most of the bigger companies do a decent job there....might be worth comparing prices though.

Thanks very much guys. This is exactly what I'm referring to. Paying thru PayPal seems quite good. Do they charge a lot extra over and above the purchase of the item itself? I've never used anything like that before but I'll be keen to try.

Depending on the company mate, some have fixed prices, some us their own formula to calculate the cost. I found it always affordable and worth the money I spend on it!

if you just use them as a shipper, the cost is quite resonable, in fact, Ive found it often to be cheaper than the original seller's shipping quote.

if you use their purchasing facility, I think they charge you around 5% or 10% of the pruchase price.

Check out their website for details

I used this company for some shoes recently. Pretty happy with the service:
Shop online in the U.S from where you live | comGateway

There was one thing I noted... they say that lots of US companies require a US Credit Card with a US Billing address. They then want you to use their in house *purchase for you* service but they then charge 7% (from memory) for the privilege. I was told by a mate (then did it) when purchasing if you simply put your US Shipping address for both billing and shipping they seem to accept an Aussie card without question.

Thanks for the various hook up's guys. I'm trying HopShopGo now. Actually it's not for parts for my car (yet!) but for the Clamcase for my iPad. Haha but if this proves good I will keep this as a backup for any future car parts purchases that is 'exclusive' to US only. Heh....
